My friend realized computer and phone emit blue light, which is bad for slow aging. She started doing something, she eats healthy food, adjusting her daily activities, working hard till noon, absorbing information in afternoon, having regular sex, and started anti-aging process.

Many people feel they are tired, have stress, anxiety, and they don't know what to do with their life because greedy companies let working people feel they worth nothing, they like machine, they just need to put money in, let the machine rolls out which is ridiculous.

Biggest Fear: My friend said she was cheated by bad guy, encountered scandals, and her biggest fear is her uncertain job, so she always thinks about what if she can’t work there anymore, what if she doesn’t have enough money to pay rent, buy food, and sometimes she envies those who have everything.
